Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Original tags attached
  • Original packaging intact

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used products
  • Damaged due to misuse
  • Customized products
  • Products without tags

Refund Process

Once the returned item passes quality inspection, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged subject to stock availability.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
